Dear Colleagues,As of January 10, 2022, any patient who has a medical exemption to COVID-19 vaccines will need a provincially issued digital QR Code to access certain businesses and settings. These codes can be generated by Ottawa Public Health once proper documentation is received from a physician or nurse practitioner.
